Grand Ayatollah al-Najafi stresses importance of drawing inspiration from visiting shrines of Ahlulbayt

Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir al-Najafi, a leading Shia religious authority, stressed the importance of drawing inspiration from visiting the shrines of the Infallibles, peace be upon them, to raise the status of the believers in their homelands after they have been honored with visiting the shrines of the Imams.

Grand Ayatollah al-Najafi’s statement came during his reception of several delegations from Iran and Pakistan, who came to visit the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, and the rest of the holy shrines in Iraq.

Grand Ayatollah al-Najafi gave a number of fatherly and religious pieces of advice to the honorable visitors, stressing the importance of drawing inspiration from the opportunity of visiting the shrines of the infallible Imams.

His Eminence also answered visitors’ questions about theological and jurisprudential issues. The attendees thanked Grand Ayatollah al-Najafi for his time and warm welcome.
