As part of discussing its ‘Holy Karbala Vision’ project, the Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development held its regular session on Saturday in the presence of specialists and experts in different fields.
The head of the Public Relations of Foundation, Hussein Al-Adli, told Shia Waves Agency that “the Foundation’s president, Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sheikh Mustafa al-Mohammadi, the Holy Karbala Vision Project’s head and members attended the session.”
Al-Adli explained that “the project includes necessary services provided to the honorable pilgrims during the Arba’een Pilgrimage, such as water and electricity due to their importance during the days of the pilgrimage.”
The PR’s official emphasized that “The ‘Holy Karbala Vision 2030—50 Million Pilgrims during Arba’een Pilgrimage’ is now widely supported by officials and the honorable residents of Holy Karbala, as its services are not limited to pilgrims but also to the people of the holy city.”
Al-Adli elaborated that “The Foundation called on the General Secretariat of Iraq’s Council of Ministers to exclude Holy Karbala from the regular power shutdown and to increase water releases during the Holy Arba’een,” confirming that “Iraq’s Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, responded to the Foundation’s request.”
