Holy Karbala Governor announces readiness for Arba’een Pilgrimage

The Governor of the holy city of Karbala, Eng. Nsaif al-Khattabi, has confirmed that all concerned departments and authorities are exerting efforts to complete preparations and plans for the coming Arba’een Pilgrimage.

Al-Kattabi said in the Arba’een Annual Conference that, “The Government of Holy Karbala will deploy all service departments to provide the honorable pilgrims with their needs during the Arbaeen Pilgrimage.”

He added that, “The local government has coordinated with the Ministry of Transport to prepare 170 buses and 11 double-deck bus and 150 trucks to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims and thousands of other buses to return them to their provinces.”
