Millions of Shias commemorate sorrowful martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Jawad in Holy Kadhimiya

Millions of Shia devotees have commemorated the sorrowful anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Mohammed Al-Jawad, peace be upon him, in Holy Kadhimiya, Baghdad.

The honorable pilgrims who mourned this occasion came from different Iraqi provinces as well as from other foreign countries.

Some pilgrims, in a conversation with the correspondent of Shia Waves Agency, sent their heartfelt condolences and spoke about the atmosphere of grief in the Holy Shrine.

According to Shia Waves correspondent, lovers of AhlulBayt, peace be upon them, held mourning ceremonies, as they recited lamentations and beat their chests out of sadness over the Imam’s martyrdom.

It should be noted that Imam Hussein Media Group broadcasted the mourning ceremony live from Holy Kadhimiya on its six channels in five languages.
