Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi commemorated by followers of AhlulBayt

Today, Friday, the Samarra Operations Command confirmed that the number of pilgrims to Imam Al-Hadi, Peace be upon him, has reached more than one million.

Pilgrims from all over the Iraqi provinces and from foreign and neighboring countries have arrived in Samarra to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi and to offer their heartfelt condolences to the Imam of the Time – Imam al-Mahdi – may Allah hasten his honorable reappearance.

The General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine and official departments announced earlier their plans to provide the best services to the honorable pilgrims on this anniversary and to provide full security.

It is worth mentioning that Islamic centers and Husseiniyas affiliated to Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, across the world held mourning ceremonies and processions over the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi.
