Ale Yasin Hussainiya, affiliated with the Office of Supreme Religious Authority Grand Ayatullah Shirazi in Sydney, Australia, has held mourning assemblies to commemorate the second Fatimid mourning period marking the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her). The gatherings were attended by members of the Shia community and devotees of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The assemblies brought together believers to remember the tragic events associated with Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and express their grief and condolences on this solemn occasion. The programs featured a range of religious and spiritual activities, beginning with recitations from the Holy Quran, followed by speeches addressing her suffering and the events she faced after the passing of her father, the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family).

The ceremonies also included traditional mourning rituals, with participants reciting elegies and sorrowful poems in an expression of devotion and sympathy for the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). These gatherings form part of Ale Yasin Hussainiya’s ongoing religious activities aimed at commemorating the occasions associated with the Ahl al-Bayt and preserving religious traditions and Islamic identity among the Shia community in Australia.
