PRs manager of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi’s office meets Gov. of Holy Karbala
The manager of the Public Relations of the office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, Mr. Arif Nasrallah, received the Governor of Holy Karbala, Engineer Nassif Jassem al-Khattabi, in his office.
Shia Waves correspondent correspondent reported that Nasrallah discussed with the governor the current state and needs of the city center of Holy Karbala and the preparations of the Husseini service Mawakib to serve the honorable pilgrims.
They also discussed the sanctity of Hoky Karbala and the necessity of enacting legislation to preserve the spiritual, religious, and historical identity of the city of the Master of Martyrs against deliberate falsification by some proponents of modernity and new secularism.
Additionally, the conversation included Karbala International Airport and the facilities it will provide to visitors after its opening, as well as the economic benefits and revenue it will bring to the city, creating significant job opportunities for its residents.
For his part, Governor Nassif Jassem al-Khattabi thanked the Shirazi Religious Authority for its noble positions and great deeds in serving Muslims everywhere, especially in Iraq.
