Global Sayyidul-Shuhadda Committee organizes Husseini march in East Africa

The Shirazi-affiliated Sayyidul-Shuhadda Committee, a global center based in Kuwait, has put great efforts to launch a Husseini march in East Africa in commemoration of the Holy Arba’een of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, for the year 1445 A.H.

The march was organized based on the directives and recommendations of his Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who continually calls for universality of the Husseini rituals and to introduce the great Arba’een to the world.

Large numbers of Shia followers, from different ages, participated in this march as they prayed to Allah to hasten the reappearance of Imam Al-Mahdi, peace be upon him.

It should be mentioned that Sayyidul-Shuhadda Committee is one of the global centers affiliated to the office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Kuwait, which carries out many humanitarian activities in various Shia poor areas of Africa.
