Shia followers of AhlulBayt commemorate rituals of Dahw al-Ard

Shia followers of AhlulBayt, peace be upon them, have commemorated the rituals of Dahw al-Ard – meaning the Expansion of Earth – today Wednesday, corresponding to the 25th of the holy month of Thul Qida.

Shia Waves Agency followed the activities Shia Muslims carry out on this day, such as: fasting and other rituals related to this day.

The believers have prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow his abundance and mercy upon them and to continue their loyalty and love to Prophet Muhammad and his pure family, peace be upon them all.

The Dahw al-Ard is on the 25th of Thul Qida. It is a blessed day and Muslims are recommended to fast on this day according to narrations of AhlulBayt, especially the narration of Imam Al-Ridha, peace be upon him.

According to prophetic quotes and narrations, the Divine Mercy was first sent to earth on this day, and Prophets Adam and Ibrahim were also born on this day.
