Ayatollah Najafi sends message to volunteers confronting coronavirus

The religious authority, Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Hussein al-Najafi, sent a message to the volunteers burying coronavirus victims. 

The religious authority, Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Hussein al-Najafi, sent a message to the volunteers burying coronavirus victims. 

This came in a response from his eminence’s office to a religious inquiry submitted by a group of believers in regards to the burial of coronavirus victims. 

His Eminence replied, “We admire the tremendous actions of this brave group – the Imam Ali Combat Division – and their aides, who are burying the coronavirus victims, stressing that it is a great struggle (jihad) and they are sympathizing with those afflicted by this pandemic that has tormented the nations as a result of their bad deeds.”
