Millions of loyal pilgrims of AhlulBayt revive Mid-Sha’aban Night in Holy Karbala

Millions of Shia followers of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, have commemorated the birth of Imam al-Mahdi, may God Almighty hasten his honorable reappearance, on the night of Mid-Shaban, at the shrine of Imam Hussein and his brother Abi al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them in Holy Karbala.

The lovers of AhlulByaet lit (1189) symbolic candles indicating the age of the Imam’s life (may Allah hasten his blessed reappearance).

Husseini service processions, spreading all over the province, distributed food and drinks to the honourable pilgrims.

Official departments in cooperation with the holy shrines laid security and emergency plans to provide best services during the Massive Mid-Sha’ban Pilgrimage.
