Spanish Ambassador to Iraq visits Holy Shrines of Imam Hussein, Abo al-Fadl al-Abbas

The Spanish ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Pedro Martinez, had the honor of visiting the holy shrines of Imam Hussein and his brother, Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them, in Holy Karbala.

“I have previously reviewed the story of the sacrifices made by Imam Hussein and his brother Abbas (peace be upon them) in order to uphold humanitarian principles, and the greatness of these sacrifices is what makes people come to this holy place from all over the world,” said the Ambassador.

Martinez praised the warm reception and hospitality of the officials at both holy shrines.
