10 Syrian technicians and oil workers were killed in an attack by ISIS that targeted their cars in the Al-Taym oil field, south of Deir Ezzor. Sources reported that the attack was carried out by ISIS.
The sources added that the organization took advantage of the fog, and used an explosive device and machine guns in the attack, which led to the death of 10 people and wounding of 4 others, while some bodies were charred as a result of the burning shift cars.
It is noteworthy that the number oil workers killed during the years of war in Syria reached 235 and 26 injured, in addition to 112 kidnapped.
