 Shia Muslims commemorate the sorrowful tragedy of the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon her, according to the second narration on the thirteenth of Jumada al-Awal. Based on this narration, Fatima, peace be upon her, lived 75 days after her father when she was 18 years old. 

Imam Ali Holy Shrine holds month-long mourning ceremonies in the holy courtyard.
