The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Afghanistan extends a helping hand to the families of orphans

With the advent of the great month of Ramadan 1443 AH, the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Hussaini al-Shirazi, in the Afghan city of Mazar-i-Sharif, provided subsidies to the families of orphans.

The Office said in a statement, received by Shia Waves, “In cooperation with the Rasool al-A’dham Foundation and the Ahlulbayt Charitable Foundation, hundreds of food baskets were distributed to the families of orphans.”

 The statement added that the distribution included more than 260 underprivileged families.

Foundations affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in various countries mobilize their energies and efforts to help the needy, the poor and orphans in various countries on the great month of Ramadan.
