A Muslim woman in Denmark was subjected to a racist assault by a man and his wife, when she went to a market in the suburbs of Copenhagen.
The Danish newspaper, Ekstra Bladet, quoted the 30-year-old saying that she went to a market in the suburbs of Copenhagen, and parked her car in the parking garage, while a 65-year-old woman revved up her car more than 4 times.
The 30-year-old continued, “When I asked her what she had done, the old woman turned her back to me and returned to her car, and in the meantime her 66-year-old husband left the store and inquired about what was going on.”
She added, “As a result, I spoke to the husband about what his wife had done, and he spat on my hijab.”
The Copenhagen West Police announced that they had arrested the attacking spouses.
