Shia pilgrims denied entry into Balochistan, stuck at provincial border with Sindh
Around two dozen buses carrying Shia pilgrims were stopped at the inter-provincial borders between Sindh and Balochistan provinces. The Shia pilgrims were on their way to Taftan border town from they planned to go to Karbala in Iraq via Iran.

However, the security officials stopped them denying them entry into Balochistan province.
The Shia community lodged protest against denial of entry to Shia pilgrims. They demanded that unjustifiable restrictions must end without any delay. They said Shia Muslims would not tolerate this biased policy against them.
