TourismDepartment of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine continues to transport pilgrims to the holy shrines in Iraq every day.
Riyadh al-Hakeem, director of the department, said that the current pilgrimages are made to al-Askariyain (Imam Alial-Hadi and Imam Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon them) in Holy Samarra city.
Many pilgrims are now coming from the Gulf Countries, Iran, and other countries to perform the pilgrimage despitethe security and stability conditions in the area.
Fifty buses are sent on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 12000 Iraqi Dinars, which equals approximately $10, per person.
