Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husayni al-Shirazi has called for the global presentation of the practical conduct and principles of governance practiced during the leadership of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and Imam Ali (peace be upon him), emphasizing the importance of introducing these models to people around the world.

In his remarks, the Supreme Marja urged believers to share the principles and approach of the Prophet’s and Imam Ali’s governance, describing them as models based on justice and religious values that could contribute to guiding humanity.

His Eminence highlighted what he described as the humanitarian and rights-based aspects of their leadership, stating that their governance reflected principles of justice, respect for human dignity, and protection of people’s rights.

Grand Ayatullah Shirazi said these historical models deserve further study and discussion, particularly in Western societies, due to the values they represent in managing public affairs and dealing with individuals.

He has repeatedly stressed the importance of drawing lessons from the Holy Prophet’s conduct and Imam Ali’s approach to governance, including compassion toward citizens, equality before the law, preservation of rights, and opposition to injustice and oppression.
