Extensive Religious Guidance, Public Outreach Activities by Seminary Scholars’ Procession in Karbala and Najaf–Karbala Route

During the Arbaeen pilgrimage season, religious scholars’ processions and centers have established dedicated stations across various locations to provide cultural, educational, and religious guidance services to millions of pilgrims.

According to Shia Waves Agency, the seminary scholars’ processions affiliated with the office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi have set up tents for answering religious and jurisprudential questions in high-traffic areas of the holy city of Karbala, including Bab Toureej, Imam Ali Street, and the Bab al-Qibla area near the shrine of Allamah Ibn Fahd al-Hilli. Additional services are also being provided at pillar 1235 along the Najaf–Karbala pilgrimage route.

Religious experts stationed at these locations respond to pilgrims’ questions on jurisprudential and theological matters, while also hosting scholars and religious figures participating in the Arbaeen gathering.

The processions are also distributing religious books and educational materials aimed at promoting the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and enhancing pilgrims’ religious awareness during the world’s largest annual religious gatherings.
