Preparations Underway at Shrine of Muslim ibn Aqil (peace be upon him) in Kufa for Flag Replacement Ceremony

Ahead of the martyrdom anniversary of Muslim ibn Aqil (peace be upon him), caretakers of the sacred mosque in Kufa have begun cleaning and preparing the dome of the shrine to facilitate the annual flag replacement ceremony.

According to Shia News Agency, these preparations are being carried out in a spiritual atmosphere by the shrine’s custodians. The flag replacement ritual will be conducted in the presence of pilgrims and mourners commemorating the martyrdom of the Ambassador of Imam al-Hussein (peace be upon him).
