Japan Breaks Rail Speed Record With World’s Fastest Train
—————————————-
Japan has once again reinforced its leadership in transport innovation after a train reached a speed of 603 kilometers per hour, setting a new world record.

According to the Shia Waves Agency, citing the BBC, the country’s magnetic levitation (maglev) train achieved the milestone at the Yamanashi test center, earning the title of the fastest train in the world.

The breakthrough is part of the Chuo Shinkansen project, which aims to dramatically cut travel time between Tokyo and Nagoya to around 40 minutes.

Despite the project’s high costs and extensive infrastructure requirements, experts view the technology as a significant model for the future of sustainable, low-carbon transportation worldwide.
