The international interactive exhibition “World of the Quran” has opened in Moscow and is expanding its reach to four other Russian cities, aiming to connect history, spirituality, and modern technology. The exhibition, which opened at the Moscow Cathedral Mosque, is a collaborative effort with Qatar’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
According to a report by IQNA, the opening ceremony was attended by religious leaders, diplomats, and government officials. Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin said the project aligns with Moscow’s call to prioritize spiritual and cultural values in international dialogue. Qatar’s Ambassador to Russia, Ahmed bin Nasser bin Jassim Al Thani, described the event as a form of “spiritual diplomacy” that deepens the friendship between the two countries.
The exhibition, which will run until October 6, will also be held in Saratov, Saransk, and Kazan, allowing a larger audience to engage with the culture and values of the Quran.
