The international media agency ‘Fire Observer’ quoted the founder and head of the ‘World Peace Organization’, Dr. Mahdi Alawi, as saying that “the Arbaeen Pilgrimage of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, is a “true representation of all people in the world”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Alawi said in an article published by the Fire Observer and obtained by Karbala Center for Studies and Research and followed by Shia Waves Agency, that “although Shia Muslims are the ones who initiated this pilgrimage in the wake of the tragedy of Karbala, Mr. Alawi witnessed through his personal participation in its ceremonies, that it brought together people from all religions and cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including Sunnis, Ibadis, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Yazidis, Zoroastrians” and others”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prominent expert and advisor, specialized energy, business administration, and charitable projects, added that “all of these visitors were united in their goal, and they were welcomed by their Iraqi hosts, with the utmost respect, regardless of religion, culture, race, or gender.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The author of the article pointed out that “my experience of the Arbaeen Pilgrimage opened my eyes to many possibilities for achieving world peace, as he had never seen such hospitality, love, and generosity in my life.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
