The head of the Public Relations of Foundation, Hussein Al-Adli, told Shia Waves Agency that \u201cthe Foundation\u2019s president, Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sheikh Mustafa al-Mohammadi, the head and members of the ‘ Holy Karbala Vision’ project attended the session.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Adli explained that \u201cin the session on the \u2018Holy Karbala Vision 2030\u201450 Million Pilgrims during Arba\u2019een Pilgrimage\u2019, the attendees discussed the provision of water during the Holy Arba\u2019een to millions of pilgrims in the holy city.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The PR\u2019s official emphasized that \u201cThe \u2018Holy Karbala Vision 2030\u201450 Million Pilgrims during Arba\u2019een Pilgrimage\u2019 is now widely supported by officials and the honorable residents of Holy Karbala, as its services are not limited to pilgrims but also to the people of the holy city.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Adli elaborated that \u201cThe Foundation called on the General Secretariat of Iraq\u2019s Council of Ministers to exclude Holy Karbala from the regular power shutdown and to increase water releases during the Holy Arba\u2019een.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The former director of Holy Karbala Water Department, Eng.
