Last week, 3 unions filed an appeal against ruling of Council of State upholding ban on abaya in schools, which the court rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A lawyer for the Muslim Rights Action (ADM) had also filed an appeal with the Council of State to seek the suspension of the ban on the abaya, which he said violates “several fundamental freedoms.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
