The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) armed group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which took place in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Chitral district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A statement by the Pakistani military said the attacks were coordinated from the Kunar and Nuristan provinces of neighbouring Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
