South Campus of the University of Kashmir hosted a day-long seminar as part of observing \u2018Youm-e-Hussain, peace be upon him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event titled \u201cThe Message of Karbala for Humanity\u201d was organised by the Department of Computer Science in collaboration with the Department of Urdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s an honour for us to host this seminar on Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, who is a role model for the whole of humankind and whose message of love, patience, and endurance will guide us till eternity.\u201d, said the Director of South Campus, Prof Raies Ahmad Qadri, in his welcome address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other speakers who paid glorious tribute to Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, included Dr Sameer Shafi Sidiqui and Professor Ghulam Nabi Khaki Sahab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
