In this session, just like the previous meetings, the Marja answered the questions of the attendees about various jurisprudence issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe infidels and non-Muslims who have not taken up arms and have not oppressively fought against Muslims and Islamic countries, classified as neutral, disinterested and impartial, are respectable non-Muslims, whether they are in an Islamic country or a non-Islamic country\u201d the Marja stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Eminence went on to say that during the time of the Holy Prophet and during the rule of Amir al-Momineen, which lasted for five years, individuals like these lived peacefully under the protection of the Islamic government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Supreme Marja emphasized that there are several verses in the Holy Quran which state that: \u201cAs long as these people have not taken up weapons to fight, they are termed Musaalim, which means they are in a state of peace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grand Ayatollah Shirazi went on to say: \u201cOf course, when these people take up arms and fight with Muslims and Islamic countries, the ruling changes and everything is permissible against the infidel during war.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"660\" src=\"https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/08\/photo_2023-08-09_15-50-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95543\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/08\/photo_2023-08-09_15-50-01.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/08\/photo_2023-08-09_15-50-01-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/08\/photo_2023-08-09_15-50-01-768x507.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The daily scholarly meeting of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Sadegh Hosseini al-Shirazi was held on Tuesday, 20 Muharram 1445.
