Al-Mousawi clarified during a religious lecture in Najaf that His Eminence did not prevent the establishment of the Husseini rituals, whether it is held publicly or privately, but rather stipulated that the mourning ceremonies and processions are held following all preventive measures.\u00a0<\/p>\n
