The Iraqi Communication and Media Commission has announced that nearly 200 media agencies covered the mourning ceremonies and processions during the first ten days of the holy month of Muharram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The head of the commission said in a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, that “According to official statistics, 189 media agencies and 890 journalists participated in covering the Husseini rituals during the first ten days of Muharram.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
