British Prime Minister Boris Johnson decided to form a broad committee aimed at examining the depth of racism in British society.<\/p>\n
The committee will look at the education sectors and the security services to study find appropriate solutions for them in order to eliminate this phenomenon.<\/p>\n
Johnson made the decision after the recent violent incidents caused by British far-right elements and the continuing anti-racist protests.<\/p>\n
The British Prime Minister condemned what he described as “racial bullying” after protesters from the right in London clashed with anti-racist demonstrators and the police, who were trying to separate the two sides.<\/p>\n
The clashes erupted on Saturday outside the Waterloo train station in London (before the police cordoned off the area) and on a nearby bridge the police were pelted with stones, and skirmishes continued in the downtown areas.<\/p>\n
Johnson wrote on Twitter, “Racist bullying has no place in our streets, anyone who attacks the police will be confronted with the force of law to the greatest extent.”<\/p>\n
Demonstrations are being held around the world because of the death of unarmed American George Floyd in the city of Minneapolis, after a white policeman strapped his knee to his neck for about nine minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
