According to what was reported by (Spectrum News) followed by Shia Waves Agency, “the young man called (Xavier Pelkey) faces a 15-year prison sentence after he openly confessed to planning to attack a Shia mosque in Chicago.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report added, “Pelkey is one of the remote affiliates of ISIS, the terrorist organization, Abi, and he planned with two others to attack a Shiite mosque that they view as polytheism and blasphemy.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
