The United Nations Human Rights Council adopted a resolution condemning grave violations and the absence of the rule of law in Myanmar, and calling for an immediate end to all forms of violence, protection of civilians and respect for human rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The resolution condemned the violations against minorities in Myanmar, especially the Rohingya Muslims, who became stateless through the Citizenship Law issued in 1982, and deprived them of all their rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
