An intellectual and humanitarian symposium under the slogan (The Human State) was held in the Swedish capital Stockholm, with the participation of clerics from the Shia and Sunni sects, as well as Christian and Sabian personalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The symposium, which was organized by the Husseiniyah and Mawkib of Najaf Al-Ashraf, discussed the issue of peaceful coexistence between followers of different religions in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the participants in the symposium, the researcher Ali Al-Musawi, said in a post followed by Shia Waves News Agency, \u201cThe intellectual symposium was held under the slogan (The Human State) and it talked about the reign of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) for his companion and governor of Egypt, Malik Al-Ashtar (peace be upon him) and summarized the concept of citizenship and the expression of peaceful coexistence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Musawi explained that “the heavenly religions came to work on educating people and preparing them properly spiritually, materially and intellectually, so that this person becomes the effective pillar in building advanced and civilized human societies, so religions recommended everything that benefits him, and prohibited him from everything that harms him.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added, “If the peoples of the world aspire to achieve world peace, then all the messages of the prophets (peace be upon them) were based on building peace between man and his Lord, and between man and man.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Musawi pointed out that “coexistence is a kind of cooperation that is built on trust and respect, and aims to find a ground upon which the various parties agree, and it is done through internal conviction, consent, and full choice.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also pointed out that “dialogue between religions is limited to introducing the principles of each religion, defending it, combating social differences, and preserving the dignity and rights of the parties,” noting that “dialogue between religions or coexistence among them means finding common points between them, and highlighting the system of common human values, such as tolerance and love, and guaranteeing human rights and safety.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
