A security source in the Iraqi province of Diyala announced the death of an officer in the PMU and the injury of four others in an attack by ISIS terrorists in the northeast of the province.<\/p>\n
The source said, “An officer in the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) was killed and three fighters were wounded in an attack by ISIS on a security station in the Tal Uri area on the outskirts of Khanaqin district (100 km northeast of Baquba) late yesterday evening.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
The source added, “The joint security forces began a sweeping operation around the site of the terrorist attack to hunt ISIS cells.”<\/p>\n
