The Baghdad Court of Appeal sentenced an ISIS terrorist to 15 years in prison for the expropriation of homes in the Daquq district of the northern province of Kirkuk.<\/p>\n
The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement, “The convict announced his allegiance to ISIS and was assigned to work in an administrative detachment affiliated to the Office of the so-called Islamic State Real Estate within the province of Kirkuk – Daquq Sector.”<\/p>\n
It added that “the convict\u2019s duty was to expropriate property of the security forces.\u201d<\/p>\n
It continued, “The court found the evidence obtained sufficient according to the provisions of Article IV \/ 1 and in terms of Article 2\/1\/3\/5\/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
