The United Nations has condemned an air raid that \u201chit a kindergarten\u201d in Ethiopia\u2019s northern Tigray region, killing at least four people, including two children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUNICEF strongly condemns the air strike in Mekelle, the capital city of the Tigray Region, Ethiopia,\u201d said UNICEF executive director Catherine Russell on Twitter on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe strike hit a kindergarten, killing several children, and injuring others. UNICEF calls on all parties to agree to an immediate cessation of hostilities,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
