The International Quranic Preaching Center at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced the launch of the activities of the fifth developmental program for Quranic talents, which is hosted in the holy city of Karbala, with the participation of twelve Iraqi provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The director of the center, Mr. Muntadhar al-Mansoori, said that “the center has been planning to highlight and encourage the skills and capabilities of the reciters and memorizers of the Noble Qur\u2019an.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al-Mansoori indicated, “The program includes giving theoretical and practical lectures covering several Quranic fields, hosted by specialized professors from inside and outside Iraq.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
