The Women\u2019s Department of the Imam al-Sadiq Foundation, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, set up a special program for female Danish speakers, run by the social researcher and psychologist, Um Haura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her research, Um Haura dealt with practical and educational plans on how to focus and control the self, educate, and restrain it, and indicated some exercises that help the believer in the process of spiritual focus and turning to God Almighty, during daily prayers and worship, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
