With the advent of the great month of Ramadan 1443 AH, the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Hussaini al-Shirazi, in the Afghan city of Mazar-i-Sharif, provided subsidies to the families of orphans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Office said in a statement, received by Shia Waves, \u201cIn cooperation with the Rasool al-A\u2019dham Foundation and the Ahlulbayt Charitable Foundation, hundreds of food baskets were distributed to the families of orphans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The statement added that the distribution included more than 260 underprivileged families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
