The International Nonviolence Organization, Free Muslim, called on the international community to pressure the Israeli government to stop the ongoing demolitions of the homes of Jerusalemites in the Silwan neighborhood, expressing at the same time its condemnation of these blatant violations.
In a statement received by Shia Waves, the organization stated that it had seen documented reports showing the Israeli government’s insistence on pursuing a policy of racist settlement and displacement against Palestinian citizens in the city of Jerusalem, in an effort to Judaize the city and eradicate its Arab and Muslim population.
The organization added that the racist policies pursued by Israel in the occupied Palestinian territories represent flagrant violations of human rights, in addition to being a flagrant defiance of relevant United Nations decisions and laws.
The organization stressed the need to stop these racist practices and violations that affect the Palestinian people, who have been suffering for decades from the tyranny and arrogance of the occupation, calling on free peoples to support the Palestinian people and support them in international and human rights forums to stop the persecution they are subjected to.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
