{"id":6371,"date":"2018-09-04T15:28:09","date_gmt":"2018-09-04T15:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/news\/world\/6371-interfaith-celebration-of-eid-al-ghadeer-in-oase-indonesia\/"},"modified":"2018-09-04T15:28:09","modified_gmt":"2018-09-04T15:28:09","slug":"interfaith-celebration-of-eid-al-ghadeer-in-oase-indonesia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shiawaves.com\/english\/news\/world\/6371-interfaith-celebration-of-eid-al-ghadeer-in-oase-indonesia\/","title":{"rendered":"Interfaith celebration of Eid al-Ghadeer in Oase, Indonesia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An interfaith gathering of students, religious, cultural and public figures have celebrated Eid al-Ghadeer in a ceremony that was hosted by Shias in Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>An interfaith gathering of students, religious, cultural and public figures have celebrated Eid al-Ghadeer in a ceremony that was hosted by Shias in Malaysia.<\/h4>\n<h4>The ceremony included the distribution of a 1000 glasses to the participants with 12 different hadiths about Ghadir Khum.<\/h4>\n<h4>In conclusion of the ceremony, the participants said that, \u201cImam Ali, peace be upon him, does not belong to Shias only, but to the entire world.\u201d<\/h4>\n<h4>The organizers thanked Allah, the Almighty, for\u00a0 blessing them with the ability to create such event that celebrate the love of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them.<\/h4>\n<h4>Separately, alaysian authorities in Kelantan on Thursday, August 30 raided a religious centre for Shia Muslims celebrating Eid al-Ghadeer before arresting them.\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>The raid, by some 20 officers from the Kelantan Islamic religious department, started just before midnight.\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>It is understood that the officers took away several items including reading materials from the centre in Jalan Sri Cemerlang here.
