They said the explosion occurred near the room of a teacher in the Tanzeemul Makatib seminary. The blast caused fear and panic among residents of the area, they added.<\/h4>\n<h4>A police team rushed to the spot and took the watchman, Yawar Abbas, 50 years-old, to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital under custody.
