According to media, the Grand Mosque of the capital city hosted the Quranic event from the beginning of the holy month.<\/p>\n
A total of 67 girls and 109 boys from 27 elementary schools competed on memorization and recitation of 5, 10, 15 and 30 Juzes (parts) of the Quran.<\/p>\n
The main objective of the competition was to encourage the students to learn Quran reading and memorize the Divine verses.<\/p>\n
The competition concluded on the 9th of the holy month of Ramadan.<\/p>\n
