The Chief of Field Operation at the United Nations Children\u2019s Fund (UNICEF), in Erbil told to the reporters: \u201cUNICEF is working with the Iraqi government to get access to the detention facilities where ISIS may have force children to serve them, we are the supporter of the rights of all children\u201d, referring to the deaths and injuries of 506 children during a military operation between the Iraqi forces and ISIS during the first six months of 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThe children are the main victims of the war in Mosul, many of them were separated from their families, 4300 children have been returned to their families, and today more than 1,000 children are still under our protection and waiting to be reunited with their families, many of whom have spend two years of their life under the ISIS rein of terror and have seen nothing but war.\u201d He added.\u00a0<\/p>\n
