He referred to the extremist activities carried out in the name of Islam and said Austrian Muslims condemn the misinterpretation of Islam’s Holy Book by extremists and terrorists.<\/p>\n
Islam is the second most widely practiced religion in Austria. Around six percent of the country’s population is estimated to be Muslim.<\/p>\n
