The center stated that they have submitted a request supported by authentic documents and pictures to UNESCO and have received a preliminary approval.<\/p>\n

Arbaeen is the only annual event in the world that witnesses the influx of tens of millions of people to Imam Hussein, commemorating the fortieth day after his martyrdom in the battle of Karbala on 680A.D.<\/p>\n
