Dozens of people were martyred and dozens were injured including women and children during the last week where terrorists launched a concentrated shelling campaign that continued for several days.<\/p>\n
\u00a0The organization revealed that the humanitarian, legal, and moral responsibilities are carried by the governments with the ability to stop the war; however international rights organizations have turned a blind an eye over the genocides.<\/p>\n
