The incident occurred in the eastern Afghan province of Kunar, the Khaama Press media outlet reported citing the Interior Ministry of Afghanistan. Three people including two Pakistani citizens were reportedly detained.<\/p>\n
The vehicle is said to have been laden with ammonium nitrate explosives that are often used to create improvised explosive devices (IED).<\/p>\n
The truck was seized amid ongoing Kabul\u2019s accusations that Pakistan is sheltering terrorists, who stage attacks in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n
